The system consists of a transmitter unit that connects to your audio source (usually a mixer or sound interface) and a belt-pack receiver that accepts earbuds or headphones.

The U4 system has high-resolution audio at 24-bit / 48 kHz, a very wide and smooth frequency response between 20 Hz and 20 kHz, a signal-to-noise ratio of 107 dB, and more volume than you'll ever need. The sound is superior to CD quality and far superior to MP3 quality!

Both the transmitter and receiver have an inbuilt battery that lasts 5 hours. The accompanying USB cable and any normal 5V USB charger are needed to charge the battery, which takes between 1.5 and 2.5 hours depending on the amperage of the charger.
