Roland Aira Compact E-4 Voice Tweaker

The E-4 Voice Tweaker is a crazy fun box that harmonises, auto-pitches, vocodes, loops, and glitches your voice and whatever else you feed it. To modify the sound, use the hands-on controls, and chain in AIRA Compacts and other electronic instruments to ride in perfect time.

You can swing from typical vocal enhancers to snappy beatboxed grooves to startling alien soundscapes in a single performance by utilising the E-4's welcoming panel. Choose from a variety of sound shapers, activate looper controls, cycle over Scatter effects, and adjust pitch, formant, and other parameters in the flow.

SCATTER AND LOOP
Using the 24-second looper, you can turn one voice into a complete symphony. Overdub with the E-4's effects layer after layer to produce chaotic, vocal-driven rides. Then, using the creative Scatter knob, chop your music into coloured fragments that you can manipulate with a twist.

Direct-access tools allow you to immediately change your vocal gender, summon noises from outer space, or transform yourself into a mechanical avatar (good or evil is up to you). For a limitless variety of textures, there's also a powerful vocoder that can be driven by a wide pool of internal synth waveforms, the E-4's pitch functions, or an external MIDI keyboard.
