PRS CE24 GF - Faded Grey Black
The PRS CE 24 was first released in 1988 as a way to give a PRS guitar's distinctive bolt-on tone. With a double-cutaway design, two humbuckers, 24 frets, and a mahogany body topped with a stunning maple cap, the CE 24 follows in the footsteps of its Custom 24 predecessor. From the outside, the CE 24 appears to be identical to any other core PRS. On a Custom 24, you'd expect a figured maple top, bird inlays, and a set of tough PRS hardware. However, there are a few differences under the hood that make this a whole different tone machine. Its body is entirely composed of mahogany, and it has a warm tone with a lot of midrange.
