The Wampler Slostortion is a high-gain distortion pedal designed to capture the massive, saturated tones reminiscent of classic boutique amplifiers, particularly those associated with modern metal and hard rock genres. Inspired by the legendary Soldano SLO-100 amp, this pedal delivers everything from smooth, singing overdrive to aggressive distortion while maintaining clarity and articulation.

It features two distinct modes: Overdrive and Crunch, selected via a toggle switch. In Overdrive mode, the pedal provides a slightly pushed, amp-like breakup perfect for bluesy leads and classic rock rhythms. Switching to Crunch unlocks the full potential of the Slostortion, delivering thick, harmonically rich high-gain tones with incredible sustain, making it ideal for heavier genres.

The EQ section is highly versatile, featuring a 3-band active EQ (Bass, Mid, Treble), allowing precise tonal shaping to suit any guitar or amp setup.
