First of all, who are we?

For those that are new to the Fair Deal Music family, we are Birmingham’s largest independent music store and have been delivering professional and personal service to musicians nationwide since 1987. We’ve built our reputation on our unrivalled approach to customer care and absolutely fantastic deals.

About your information

The only bits of information that we ask to collect from you would be an email address, your name and the relevant fields of interest to ensure we’re not sending you unnecessary and non-beneficial correspondence. We obtain your information when you make a purchase on our website or our in-store staff have asked if you’d like to receive further correspondence. Your data will then be safely stored on a secure platform and added to our mailing list whereby we send you our relevant offers, deals, news and promotion codes.

Your information will not be shared with or sold to any other company.

We have a very strict “Opt-out” policy to guarantee that you do not receive any unwanted promotional information. All previously assembled data will be deleted and removed from our database.
